COVID-19 Update

To all our valued clients,
Regarding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to touch base with our clients to let you know how we are going to move forward with protecting our clients and staff members.
Veterinary Healing Center will remain open for business. We will be taking the following precautions:
-Clients will be asked to remain in their vehicles. Please call the front desk when you have arrived so a staff member can check you in over the phone. A technician will then bring your pet into the hospital to obtain vitals. A doctor will either contact you via phone or come to your car to discuss what your concerns for your pet are. The doctor will then perform the examination on your pet in our treatment area and will then contact you again via phone to discuss what the treatment plan moving forward will be.
-If you are picking up a prescription medication or food, please call the front desk to let them know you have arrived. We will bring the medication to your car and accept your form of payment. We also have on Online Pharmacy where some food and medications are available. Please visit www.vetsource.com for our online pharmacy.
-In the event that you are not comfortable leaving your home, we can make arrangements to do consultations via phone with one of our doctors to assess your pet. We can also ship medications for an additional fee. Please call if you believe this is the best option for you and your pet.
-All staff members are following the CDC’s recommendations for sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of any germs.
-In the interest of all of our clients and staff, the Veterinary Healing Center team requests that any clients who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties refrain from coming to the facility and have a family member or friend bring their pet or reschedule the appointment entirely.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while we all try to navigate this complicated time.
Veterinary Healing Center will continue to strive for the best patient care we can provide, and do everything we can do accommodate our clients in this time.
