I have been taking my elderly Bichon, Stasha, 15 yrs. old, to Vet Healing Center since October 2019. Dr. McKerney has been our vet who has been taking care of my Stasha's acupuncture. She has been very gentle in placing the needles and with the injection following the acupuncture. Stasha actually doesn't mind her placing the needles! Stasha acts like her younger sister who it 8!
Dr. Cahoon removed a mass by my Stasha's ear today. They also did bloodwork. Dr. Cahoon phoned me when the procedure was finished with an in depth review of what happened and his suggestions for further care. I appreciate his time being sure that I understood everything.
Everyone at the Vet Healing Center has been pleasant, caring and very helpful from making appointments to the acupuncture and mass removal and follow up. I definitely have recommended them to others!

Thank you for taking such good care of my little Stasha!! 🥰

I'm always comfortable taking my pets to see Dr. Cahoon, whether it's my rats or my dog he has always shown compassion. He never overcomplicates a situation or problem which always makes the visit a little bit easier. He has been seeing my 10 year old epileptic dog since he was a puppy and recently performed a very successful surgery on my rat(yes rat💗🐀 )

Dr. McKerney has been treating my cockapoo, Waldo, with accutpunture for a couple of months now due to a spinal injry that resulted in paralization in the hind area. Waldo can now walk, a little wobbly. When recommended to me we did not know if Waldo would ever be able to walk again. Dr, McKerney is worth our drive (50miles) and time. She was also very thorough in reviewing all of Waldo's medical records prior to seeing him. Waldo is never expereinces any anxiety about going - that says a lot!

I LOVE the Veterinary Healing Center of EDH!! They were the kindest most loving staff with my elder dog Lexi who passed away 2.5 years ago. They were emotional supportive and Dr. McKerney was so loving with Lexi and me. She even called a month after Lexi passed to see how I was. They remember who you and your dog when you run into them outside of the office. I just got a new puppy and there is no other veterinary center I would want to take my little precious fur baby too! Thank you for making her first exam easy for her 💜🐶
